1. Rough Grinding And Leveling

Dry-grind the ground with a 60# diamond metal grinding disc, and repeatedly grind vertically and horizontally until the concrete surface is uniform and flat, and the ground dust is cleaned up.

2. Base Hardening

Dilute the concrete lithium-based hardener at 1:2, sprinkle the diluted hardener on the concrete surface, and use a dust pusher to repeatedly push the hardener evenly. Keep the ground wet for an hour. During this period, if the hardener is completely absorbed by the ground, you need to add the hardener.

3. Fine Grinding

After 4 hours of natural curing after hardening treatment, use 50#/150#/300#/500# diamond resin abrasive discs for dry grinding in turn, and grind them evenly in vertical and horizontal directions. After each grinding, the scratches left by the previous grinding process disappear, and the dust left by grinding is cleaned up.

4. Coloring

Non-colored parts and important parts such as walls should be protected for finished products. Roll the colorant evenly on the concrete surface with a roller, and apply the colorant evenly with a dust pusher until it is completely and evenly absorbed by the concrete.

5. Solid Color

Sprinkle the concrete color-fixing hardener evenly on the concrete surface, and use a dust pusher to push and apply it evenly.

6. Fine Grinding And Polishing

Use a high-speed polishing machine with a 2# diamond polishing pad (equivalent to a 1000# polishing pad) for polishing until a deep glass luster appears.

The above is the construction process of polished concrete. In short, the raw material of the concrete sealant and curing agent directly penetrates into the concrete floor to produce a series of chemical reactions, and then through grinding treatment, a whole polished concrete floor can be formed.
