How To Use The Grinder

1．The grinder is widely used in the pulverizing system of thermal power plants, but the vibration of its transmission shaft and the broken teeth of the pinion have always plagued the safe production of the system. In the previous period, the pulverizing system of our factory was also greatly affected by these two problems,even affected the fuel supply of the unit. After repeated adjustments by the maintenance personnel, the effect was remarkable, and the vibration of the drive shaft was less than 0.08mm.

2．The user must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and must not use the equipment beyond its performance. The sum of the volume of the parts and the grinding body shall not exceed 90% of the volume of the hopper. After the power is turned on, carry out idling operation, and it should run smoothly without abnormal noise. Otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection. Before the workpiece is ground, the workpiece must be deoiled and decontaminated. During the processing, the abrasives and the amount of water must be added in a timely manner according to the grinding conditions of the workpiece. When the work is completed and shut down, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment, and do equipment maintenance well. Before starting safety operating procedures, check the fastening screws and check whether the rotation of the motor shaft is flexible. When the equipment is in operation, it should stop immediately if any abnormality is found. Every 6 months, the bearing oil port of the vibration motor or rotating shaft should be filled with lithium grease. After get off work, the power should be cut off, and test running with no load, let the host and analyzer are turned correctly. The no-load trial operation of the main engine is based on the steering requirements, and its running time is not less than 1h.

3． If the grinding machine and grinding fixture are not used for a long time, the grinding fixture should be immersed in ethyl chloride and cleaned with ultrasonic waves, and then coated with protective oil and stored in a special tool box. The lubrication condition of each transmission part should be checked regularly and grease should be added in time. Grease or other grease should be used to lubricate the system, prevent rust and anti-corrosion every month.

Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Grinder

1. Do not stay away from the machine during use to prevent malfunction and damage to the machine. Do not subject the grinder to undue vibration and unnecessary shock. Do not touch operating buttons or switches with wet hands. It should be ensured that the grinder power supply uses the correct voltage and frequency. Ensure that the grinder is adequately grounded. Do not touch rotating parts during use. When disassembling and assembling the grinding chassis or other parts, professional personnel should not disassemble or install the parts of the grinding machine without permission. When grinding, the grinding personnel should pay attention that the grinding liquid or grinding water does not penetrate into the grinding machine to prevent damage to the grinding machine. Self-inspection before grinding, the grinding machine should be carefully checked to ensure the normal rotation and revolution of the grinding machine before grinding. The abrasive paper should be carefully checked and not pasted incorrectly to prevent unnecessary waste of consumables. The paste sequence and wear and replacement of the sandpaper should be carefully checked.

2. Maintenance: In order to keep the grinder in normal working condition, the following maintenance procedures should be carried out after each use of the machine. After each grinding, or to stop grinding for a period of time, the grinding discs on the machine should be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, residual slurry and grinding water will dry out, harden, or seep into the grinder and cause damage to the machine.
